HON’BLE HIGH COURT OF ALLAHABAD STAYS THE ORDER OF FAST- TRACK COURT WHICH ALLOWS THE SURVEY OF KASHI VISHWANATH TEMPLE- GYANVAPI MOSQUE STRUCTURE
- Hon’ble Allahabad High Court has granted stay on the survey of Kashi Vishwanath Temple- Gyanvapi Mosque complex by the team of Archaeological Survey of India.
- The Single Judge bench of Hon’ble High Court consisting Justice Prakash Padia has passed this order and set- aside the order passed by Varanasi Fast- Track court that allowed the comprehensive physical survey of structure by the team of five members of Archaeological Survey of India to determine whether any temple was demolished to build the mosque.
- The Varanasi Fast- Track court also held that the team of Archaeological Survey of India will also include at least two members from the minority community.
