GOVERNMENT OF INDIA APPOINTS FORMER CHIEF JUSTICE OF MANIPUR HIGH COURT AS PRESIDENT OF NATIONAL COMPANY LAW TRIBUNAL
โข Government of India has appointed Former Chief Justice of Manipur High Court Justice Ramalingam Sudhakar as President of National Company Law Tribunal.
โข Appointment of President of National Company Law Tribunal will be for a period of five years or till he attains the age of 67 years whichever is earlier.
