GOVERNMENT OF WEST BENGAL CONSTITUTES AN INQUIRY COMMISSION OVER SPYWARE ISSUE

  1. Leading government of West Bengal has constituted a two- member inquiry Commission for investigating the Pegasus spyware issue.
  2. The inquiry commission will comprise of retired Justice of Supreme Court Justice M.B. Lokur and former Chief Justice of Calcutta High Court Justice Jyotirmoy Bhattacharya.
  3. West Bengal is the first state which has constituted an inquiry commission over the Pegasus spyware issue.
