GOVERNMENT OF WEST BENGAL CONSTITUTES AN INQUIRY COMMISSION OVER SPYWARE ISSUE
- Leading government of West Bengal has constituted a two- member inquiry Commission for investigating the Pegasus spyware issue.
- The inquiry commission will comprise of retired Justice of Supreme Court Justice M.B. Lokur and former Chief Justice of Calcutta High Court Justice Jyotirmoy Bhattacharya.
- West Bengal is the first state which has constituted an inquiry commission over the Pegasus spyware issue.
