FORMER HEALTH & FOREIGN MINISTER OF ETHIOPIA REAPPOINTED AS WHO DIRECTOR- GENERAL FOR A SECOND TERM

1. The Officials of World Health Organization has informed that Tedros Adhanom has been reappointed as a Director- General of WHO for a period of five year.
2. Tedros Adhanom is a resident of Ethiopia and is a first African to head WHO.
3. Tedros Adhanom was a former Health & Foreign Minister of Ethiopia.
